In my account y have glowy at 2,000k trophies, this is the build I use and some tips

Gadget

Slippery Savior

Glowy dashes in a target direction, healing himself and teammates for 2500. Cooldown: 17 seconds.

Star Power

Parasitism

Tethering to an enemy also heals Glowy for 50% of the damage dealt.

Gear 1

Damage

Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.

Gear 2

Gadget Cooldown

Reduces Gadget cooldown by 15%.

Guide

You must use the gadget when the enemy is covered by a wall, and you can also use the gadget to escape from certain brawlers. You must attach an ally at the end of the round and attach an enemy to avoid the healing of the enemy.
